The Roof Guys is an approved contractor in the My Safe Florida Home network. If eligible, this state program may help Florida homeowners receive grant funds up to $10,000 pay for approved storm-resistance upgrades after completing a wind mitigation inspection. If your project requires a homeowner match or includes costs exceeding the grant amount, you may be able to combine the grant with our financing options to cover the difference.

The Roof Guys is a registered contractor with HomeRun Financing through Florida’s PACE program. PACE is a state-approved way to fund eligible home upgrades by placing an assessment on the property, which is repaid through your property taxes over time. It’s designed differently than a conventional loan and often doesn’t require a traditional credit check.

Promotional financing with a deferred-interest period of up to 24 months is also available. With this option, you can make no monthly payments during the promotional period, and no interest is charged if the balance is paid in full before the promo ends (terms vary by approval).
